Site #1: Maury River

Description:

Excellent smallmouth bass, channel catfish and bluegill fishing with several float trip possibilities.

Site #2: James River 

Description:

Offering largemouth and spotted bass as well as channel catfish, flat-head catfish and various sunfish species.  Canoeing is the best way to access the wider James.

Glasgow Landing

Site #3: Buffalo Creek 

Description:

Offering nice fly-fishing opportunities for anglers to catch colorful brown and rainbow trout.

Access Points:

A special permit available from the VDGIF regional office is needed to fish.  Access point available from them.
